In response to the growing climate emergency, at close of 2019 Hannah released her all new climate action single ‘Where Will You Run’ co-written and produced with longterm collaborator Brian Tench (Kate Bush/Bee Gees) but then…the pandemic hit! Several lockdowns and vaccination later – the track’s re-emerged from hibernation and recently placed in Syncr Music’s ‘No Music On A Dead Planet’ Top Ten June 2021 playlist for Music Declares. Indeed her previous release REMEMBER TO BREATHE  also produced by Tench , garnered Hannah yet more BBC Introducing London airplay, a guest appearance alongside Busted and the Gandy brothers on Gaby Roslin’s BBC Radio London show followed by an invitation to play the Isle of Wight Festival in 2019 by host John Giddings.

Hannah Clive is multi-genre British singer songwriter from London writing observational, often personal songs, exposing vulnerability edged with emotion readily shared with her audience. A torch singer with a real passion and a voice that melts like salted, smoked caramel – her professional grounding is obvious to anyone who listens to her work.

Hitherto singing with the likes of Ray Charles, Ronnie Wood and Dave Gilmour and on Top 20 hits worldwide, her own songs are now receiving extensive airplay on indie radio globally with multiple spins on the coveted BBC Introducing in London on BBC Radio. May 2018 saw her snapped up by respected Novello Nominees independent music publisher Wardlaw Music, 2019 saw her personally invited to play the prestigious Isle of Wight Festival by host John Giddings and she is currently preparing a new release for late 2019.

From an established performance and literary background – her father was respected British actor and bestselling author John Clive whom, amongst other things did Lennon’s voice in cult movie Yellow Submarine – Hannah forged herself her own career in music as a solo artist, emerging on the coveted BBC Introducing show on BBC Radio London with respected veteran DJ Gary Crowley, quickly followed by guest appearances on the Gaby Roslin show at BBC Radio London, BBC Sussex and Surrey, as well as BBC 3 Counties Radio.

Released to critical acclaim at the end of 2017 REMEMBER TO BREATHE – a track about mindfulness, mental health and rising from the ashes, has already won Hannah ‘Track of the Week’, ‘Artist of The Week’ (twice), ‘Face of March’ for the popular #MusicHourUK on Twitter and ‘Top 40 for 2017’ indie radio spots and extensive global airplay, including BBC Intro’ London.
Word of Hannah is spreading fast, including two appearances on America’s #1 Webshow in the world ‘The Jimmy Star Show with Ron Russell‘ , introducing Hannah to it’s 4M regular viewers and she won Artist of the Year 2017 for Canada’s Starlight Music Chronicles Magazine in a judge /fan based vote.
As well as being a solo artist she actively supports quality new, emerging British music talent online, occasionally writing reviews – most notably as a guest indie reviewer for John Giddings at the prestigious Isle of Wight Festival 2017 and subsequently inviting her to perform there in 2019.
Songwriting collaborations include co-writing with respected British Hip-hop jazz fusion band The Herbaliser and featured artist on their track LOST BOY -as spun by Huey Morgan (Fun Loving Criminals) and DJ for BBC Radio 6 plus a Saturday night live performance, at London’s O2 Forum. Hannah also tour managed the band Iamwarface, on their support slots with British Electronica Fore Father Gary Numan.
Summers 2017 and 2018 saw Hannah working and performing live at London’s iconic Nambucca for Camden Rocks, festivals across the south-east and in Leeds, two sell-out gigs in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust and British Lung Foundation respectively. Hannah continues to work up her next releases, whilst globally promoting her current releases ‘KISS OF LIFE’ and ‘REMEMBER TO BREATHE’ on radio, as produced by Brian Tench (Kate Bush, Bee Gees) and featuring many noteworthy musicians. A rising star and growing presence in the music and social media world, forthcoming releases are expected 2019.
Influences include: Carole King, Kate Bush, Annie Lennox, Janis Ian, Tom Petty, Elton John – more recently Adele, Elbow, Sia and Sigrid.

Previous releases include the 2016 Remaster of ‘Kiss of Life‘ taken from her first self-titled EP ‘Hannah Clive’, produced by Brian Tench (Kate Bush, The Bee Gees) featuring guitars by legendary British Blues guitarist Bobby Tench (Jeff Beck) and Gus Isidore (Seal), the track spent six months in the Top 20 Chart for London (reverberation), garnered her first BBC airplay plus extensive global indie radio airplay.
